📋 Description

• Operational support of client projects on site • Analysis of existing processes, structures and workflows • Support in the introduction and implementation of new leadership and organizational structures • Support and coaching of managers in day-to-day operations • Conducting discussions with employees and managers • Identification of improvement potentials in processes, communication and collaboration • Implementation of defined measures together with the client • Support in setting up KPI and reporting structures • Preparation of project reports, status updates and recommendations for action • Ensuring professional communication between the client, project team and Reflectis Group • Contributing to the development of internal standards, processes and project methods

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations management, project management, change management or a comparable operational leadership role • Understanding of business processes, leadership, organization and key performance indicators • Initial experience in leading, supporting or developing teams • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor • Structured, independent and responsible working style • Ability to analyze problems and implement pragmatic solutions • Confident use of MS Office and digital project management tools • Willingness to travel for client projects within Germany, Austria and Switzerland • Class B driver's license
