📋 Description

• Work across multiple hiring projects simultaneously • Partner with fast-growing e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, and agencies • Focus on GTM hiring—primarily recruiting top-performing sales talent • Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels • Build and manage candidate pipelines and hiring funnels • Screen and assess candidates through interviews and qualification calls • Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and clients • Follow up with candidates and stakeholders • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows • Support multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate experience • Identify bottlenecks and keep hiring processes moving efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience is definitely a plus, but it’s not a hard requirement. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Naturally proactive and enjoy reaching out to people • Thrive in fast-paced environments • Organized and detail-oriented • Take ownership and enjoy solving problems • Excited to learn and develop professionally • Candidates from other industries are welcome if they have the right mindset, ambition, and willingness to learn.
