📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs in Go that power web and mobile clients • Build and evolve high-traffic, user-facing pages ensuring fast load times, excellent usability, and SEO best practices • Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features end-to-end • Improve system performance, monitoring, and developer experience across the stack • Drive technical design, code quality, and architectural improvements through RFCs and reviews • Implement A/B tests and rollout strategies for new features • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all user-facing APIs and systems • Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to technical interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing and implementing full stack applications • Strong experience with backend programming languages (Go preferred) • Solid frontend experience with JavaScript, modern HTML/CSS, and utility-first CSS frameworks such as Tailwind • Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and distributed systems • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven architectures (e.g., gRPC) • Clean, modular, and maintainable code writing skills • Ability to balance technical debt and business priorities in fast-paced environments • Independent, goal-oriented, and collaborative with cross-functional teams • Excellent English skills and located in one of the European time zones • Formal education in Computer Science or related field
