📋 Description

• Partner with HR Operations leadership on global projects • Establish an operational excellence mindset within the Global HR function • Define, plan, and drive team activities to reach project objectives • Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders on projects that support business objectives • Develop project work plans and revise as needed • Identify strategic areas to improve operational efficiency • Create processes, tools, and templates for project execution • Provide regular project updates and implementation status to management • Support HR Systems upgrades and implementations (e.g., HCMs, Workday, Oracle) • Collaborate with HR, IT and other departments for requirement gathering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related discipline required. • 10+ years relevant experience with 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role preferred. • Prior experience in applying these techniques within an HR function is highly preferred. • Project Management Certification (PMP) Required. • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Visio Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
