📋 Description

• Achieve dermatology sales objectives through territory budget management • Develop and update annual territory business plans using market insights • Build territory action plans using key data sources • Deliver disease-focused customer engagement and value-based solutions • Complete expense, call, marketing, and field insight reporting • Partner with alliance teams to achieve shared business objectives • Follow regulatory, legal, and company compliance requirements • Act strategically and lead priorities to enhance customer impact • Travel and work evenings or weekends when required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales representative experience • Valid driver license • MR Certification • Strong customer engagement skills focused on delivering value • Technical proficiency and ability to conduct disease and concept selling • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Strong planning, organization, and audience-focused communication skills • Ability to implement strategic and tactical plans independently under tight timelines • Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software • Alliance partnership experience • Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends when required • Dedication to training completion, safe driving practices, and company policies • Dermatology knowledge and biologics sales experience preferred • Current clinical knowledge of relevant therapy areas and competitor brands preferred • Established Key Opinion Leader relationships within dermatology preferred • English fluency is a plus
