• Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of two high-performing field sales teams • Ensure strong, consistent performance that meet or exceed national forecast • Oversee the professional growth of regional field sales teams • Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to analyze and address market dynamics
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of bachelor's degree is required. • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD) preferred • Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience • 5 years of sales leadership/management experience • Strong understanding of Payer environment • Proven success as a Regional Director or Pharmaceutical sales rep in complex markets
