• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of farmers. • Clearly communicate our standard, value proposition, and verification process. • Drive operational excellence to support thousands of farmers. • Lead new farmer onboarding and training. • Act as the critical bridge between the field and internal teams. • Identify opportunities for farmers to deepen their engagement.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a farmer-facing support role. • Proven ability to build deep trust with farmers. • Hands-on experience in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field. • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and process automation. • Highly organised, data-driven, and detail-oriented. • Confidence in working with customer data and interpreting trends.
