📋 Description

• Inbound first-level support for existing customers • Technical customer support for TV, phone and internet issues • Needs-based product consultation and contract optimization • Sales engagement during every call

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience • Ideally experience in technical service within the telecommunications industry • Minimum 1 year of sales experience • Consistently achieve sales targets • Reliably adhere to the stated working hours • No concurrent secondary employment • Excellent German skills (C1 level) and resident in Germany
