📋 Description

• Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and social channels across assigned markets and product lines. • Create targeted outreach campaigns for specific regions and customer segments. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria and a strong understanding of customer needs. • Schedule qualified sales appointments for Territory or Account Sales Managers. • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets. • Develop and manage target prospect lists to support faster sales cycles. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all prospect interactions in Salesforce. • Manage assigned lead pipelines to ensure proper follow-up, progression, or disqualification. • Partner closely with Marketing to support lead-nurturing efforts and provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness. • Use data, feedback, and performance insights to refine outreach efforts and improve conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. • Preferred fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related areas. • Proven ability to prospect, including confidence and creativity in cold calling and entering new markets. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Highly motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce. • Experience using prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) preferred. • Knowledge of environmental or related industry products is a plus.
