📋 Description

• Own end-to-end business analysis for the engagement • Elicit, analyze, and structure requirements from business, regulatory, and technical stakeholders • Translate client objectives into clear, actionable specifications • Maintain traceability between requirements, business goals, and implementation details • Analyze existing systems, processes, and data flows • Design and document system integrations, dependencies, risks, and impacts of proposed changes • Prepare and maintain business and solution documentation, including business requirements, functional and technical specifications, process models, and user stories • Facilitate workshops and discussions across business, IT, and client stakeholders • Surface gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities • Validate delivered solutions against requirements and intended business value • Support UAT and issue resolution during implementation • Represent the team with client stakeholders on day-to-day analysis topics • Escalate strategic or scope decisions to the Product Manager • Plan and deliver analysis work within an Agile delivery cadence

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems/Information Analyst, including experience in financial services (banking, lending, or similar) • Strong structured and critical thinking: able to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements without losing sight of the broader objective • Excellent stakeholder-facing communication in English (written and verbal); confident engaging directly with client stakeholders • Experience with requirements modeling and documentation, including BPMN and/or UML • Working knowledge of SQL and general data literacy, sufficient to explore and validate data during analysis • Experience with system/integration analysis, understanding how data and processes flow across systems and identifying dependencies • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, able to align stakeholders with differing priorities • Comfortable working with a good degree of independence, while genuinely open to feedback and willing to adapt to an established team’s standards and ways of working • Applications are open for candidates from the EU only
