📋 Description

• Own instructional design programs or portfolios from intake through measurement and iteration • Translate business priorities into outcome-based learning strategies with clear roadmaps • Use AI-assisted data synthesis and performance analytics for trade-off recommendations • Build learning programs with generative AI as a core component • Advance modern instructional design practice and ensure all solutions are outcome-oriented • Lead the shift from manual production to AI-assisted, modular learning ecosystems • Partner with subject matter experts for knowledge capture

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory • Demonstrated hands-on experience using generative AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) • Experience designing or implementing agentic workflows in content development • Strong ability to connect learning programs to business outcomes • Track record of improving scalability and efficiency in learning programs • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to mentor instructional designers • Strong program management skills: prioritization, risk management, and delivery
