📋 Description

• Deliver products that embed AI into the end-to-end software lifecycle (plan, build, test, ship, and run), including AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and automated operations that reduce toil and improve reliability. • Own the org-wide mechanism that ensures every engineering team provisions and manages infrastructure via Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) —including standards, reusable modules/templates, policy-as-code guardrails, CI/CD integration, and adoption metrics. • Serve as the tip-of-the-spear for cloud transformation by creating faster, automated, and turnkey self-service pathways that increase developer velocity— leveraging AI-native platform capabilities to automate away repetitive work and improve developer satisfaction. • Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first developer workflows to audiences ranging from internal/external stakeholders to senior leaders and customers, translating complex technical concepts (AI capabilities, risk, and tradeoffs) into clear outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software • 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.
