📋 Description

• Design and build backend services and APIs at the core of the product • Create data models, business logic, and integrations • Ship features end to end from schema and API to user-facing behavior in production • Build systems powering the voice agent, owner chatbot, and manager software • Integrate with third-party systems across the real estate and financial ecosystem • Work directly with founders and the operations team to decide what to build • Ship quickly and iterate • Own meaningful parts of the product from data model to API to production feature • Keep property context correct, complete, and instantly available for managers, owners, AI agents, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience with real depth on the backend • Strong in a modern backend language, preferably Golang or Python • Comfortable designing data models, APIs, and services from scratch • Experience shipping in a modern web stack using React and TypeScript • Solid with relational databases and structuring data well • Curiosity about the frontend and a genuine wish to go full-stack • Pragmatic shipping mindset and ownership as a default • Nice to have: AWS or equivalent cloud, Terraform or Pulumi, and platform/infrastructure experience • Bonus: AI-powered product features, event-driven architectures, third-party API integrations, or early-stage experience
