📋 Description

• Define and execute product strategies that drive customer value, business growth, and competitive advantage • Develop and communicate a compelling vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for the product portfolio • Build deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive offerings • Lead product discovery, research, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making • Drive go-to-market planning and execution with commercial, marketing, and customer-facing teams • Establish product performance metrics and KPIs and use insights to optimise outcomes and return on investment • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from concept through delivery and market adoption • Evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities • Work with senior stakeholders across product, technology, shared services, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership • Build and develop a high-performing product management team and foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement • Lead a SaaS product within the Academic and Government Solutions business

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Product Management, including leadership responsibility within complex software or technology environments • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline • Proven success managing products or product portfolios that have delivered measurable growth and commercial results • Experience leading and developing Product Managers and building high-performing teams • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation • Experience using customer insights, market research, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively • Experience with AI products and spec-driven code-generation approach to product management is a solid plus
