📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships throughout the business • Lead the design and development of organizational dashboards and reports • Assess strategy, approach, and deliverables as the business and industry evolve • Ensure quality, drive operational efficiency, and set priorities • Understand the entire data warehouse structure, available data, organizational KPIs, and business objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data visualization needs • Act as a data thought leader and trusted advisor to business customers • Translate requirements into effective and impactful dashboards and reports • Drive adoption of data visualization and reporting solutions through training and communication • Lead and manage the data visualization team, setting goals and providing guidance • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in visualizations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience • 3-5 Years of experience • 1-3 Years of Management Preferred • Experience with Snowflake, SSRS, and Tableau strongly preferred • Proficiency in SQL required • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms and data visualizations
