📋 Description

• Own the full top of the recruiting funnel for legal and non-legal staffing roles placed with U.S. law firm clients • Write and continuously improve job ad copy and positioning • Post and maintain job ads across job sites and recruitment channels • Track job-site performance metrics, including views, applications, conversion, and cost/quality where applicable • Use metrics to increase effort on productive channels and reduce effort on underperforming channels • Own and manage the internal referral program • Proactively source and headhunt candidates for legal-staffing roles • Use JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean/X-ray search, and other sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates • Run targeted outreach campaigns for high-priority or hard-to-fill roles • Qualify and engage candidates by assessing fit, availability, and interest before handoff to recruiters • Refine outreach messaging and channels based on conversion results • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements • Develop candidate pipelines through referral networks, niche communities, job boards, and direct outreach

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on sourcing/headhunting experience, specifically sourcing for fully remote roles • Direct experience owning job ad copywriting, job board posting, and tracking recruitment marketing metrics • Demonstrated success running proactive outbound campaigns and cold outreach • Experience with JuiceBox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean/X-ray search techniques • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work full-time on a US-hours schedule, fully remote • Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and job postings • Resilience and persistence • Prior staffing or recruiting experience is a nice-to-have • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus • Experience recruiting for remote talent pools or international hiring is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with ATS, job board platforms, and structured sourcing workflows is a nice-to-have
