📋 Description

• Prospecting & Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via LinkedIn, phone, and email. • Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to understand needs, confirm fit, and advance qualified leads. • Service Introduction: Communicate the USPs of our businesses tailored for Australian SMEs and mid-market clients. • Inquiry Handling: Address basic prospect questions and ensure clarity about services. • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot/CRM; provide weekly progress reports. • Scheduling: Book appointments/consultations between prospects and sales representatives. • Follow-Ups: Reconnect with unresponsive leads, confirm appointments, and nurture ongoing relationships. • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of calls, interactions, and follow-ups. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with founders and marketing to align outbound efforts with GTM strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working with Australian clients (business culture, communication style, market expectations). • Background in the offshoring industry in an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales role. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in outbound prospecting, appointment setting, or business development. • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and phone). • Organised, with excellent time-management and multitasking ability. • Results-driven, with a record of exceeding KPIs. • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation tools. • Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote-first team. • Professional and articulate phone presence. • Growth mindset and aspiration to lead a future SDR team.
