📋 Description

• Post transactions in SAP • Close and reconcile AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank, and Intercompany sub-ledgers • Record and reconcile payroll for various countries • Support month-end and year-end close processes • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support variance analysis preparation • Ensure the portfolio follows local statutory requirements, including VAT returns, statutory financial documents, CIT returns, and other filings • Perform analysis and contribute to other projects as requested • Support statutory close and financial statement preparation • Report to the Manager Accounting and Controls

🎯 Requirements

• Post-qualification accounting experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field • Demonstrated experience using core finance systems; SAP or similar is a bonus • Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with GAAP principles • Financial analysis skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Written and verbal communication skills • Time management and ability to meet constant deadlines • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment • Ability to work with little to no supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Fluent English, written and spoken • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency • Remote work experience is not required; it is considered a plus • Ability to submit an application and CV in English
