📋 Description

• Own the planning and implementation of the Payroll chapter • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Payroll team • Own the complete payroll function, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with country-specific government regulations • Serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters • Lead, unblock, and support the Payroll team • Stay up to date with international payroll laws and regulations • Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations, policies, and procedures • Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and payroll service providers • Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics for the team • Report to the Senior Manager, Payroll Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional / global payroll operations • Understanding of global payroll best practices • Experience in implementing payroll in multiple countries and in managing relationships with third party payroll services • Passion for managing people without micromanaging reports • Proficient in SAP, Excel / Google Sheet • Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment • Productivity-focused and committed to improving and speeding up work • Ability and willingness to work largely asynchronously • Fluent written and spoken English • Prior remote-work experience is not required; considered a plus • CV submitted in PDF format, or LinkedIn profile instead • Application and CV should be submitted in English
