📋 Description
• Monitor assigned cases through effective utilization of case management and billing systems • Provide guidance for specific travel needs, counsel on the immigration process, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases • Provide legal and strategic guidance on service delivery of immigration compliance to clients • Take ownership of senior-level escalations to support Mobility Specialists • Assist leadership in managing large projects • Monitor the Mobility dashboard, communication and help channels to ensure SLA response times and accurate status reporting • Establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue generation and efficiency and improve customer satisfaction • Analyze, prepare and submit visa/work permit applications • Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators • Contribute to training documentation and support training rollouts for process changes • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Monitor immigration law and regulatory changes, maintain ongoing compliance, and control internal documentation • Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses on complex client cases • Report to the Manager, Mobility within the Mobility team
🎯 Requirements
• Immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany • Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar immigration roles • In-depth understanding of immigration and typical immigration compliance processes • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Previous tech industry or hyper-growth/scaling environment experience is ideal • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus • Remote work experience is a plus • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency • Submit application and CV in English
