📋 Description

• Produce high-quality documents through audio and digital dictation • Prepare, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documents • Manage communications with clients, courts, and counsel via email and telephone • Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and organise appointments • Assist with court bundles, legal schedules, and case documentation • Track and report on work output on a monthly basis • Provide remote support to UK-based Fee Earners and help manage their caseloads

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (personal injury experience required) • Strong dictaphone typing skills with excellent accuracy and speed • Clear and professional English communication skills (written and verbal) • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and formatting skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across several Fee Earners • Comfortable using legal systems and digital tools • A reliable internet connection and a professional home working setup • Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa
