📋 Description

• Assist with tenant communications through email, chat, or phone • Schedule property inspections, maintenance appointments, and vendor services • Maintain and update property records, lease documents, and tenant files • Process maintenance requests and coordinate with repair vendors • Track rental payments, invoices, and basic financial documentation • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for property managers • Support onboarding and lease renewals for tenants • Monitor property related inquiries and ensure timely follow up • Assist with listing management, marketing updates, and tenant screening as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in property management support or relevant administrative roles • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation • Familiarity with property management software or CRMs is a plus • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools • Problem solving mindset and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders • Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong organizational skills
