📋 Description

• Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders. • Prepare payment runs and resolve queries before they hold things up. • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate differences. • Maintain accurate records in the accounting system. • Liaise with suppliers professionally over payment queries. • Support month-end close with clean, complete data. • Support a UK-based finance team from South Africa. • Ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time and maintain accurate ledger records.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with accounts payable, bookkeeping or a similar finance role. • Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks. • Solid spreadsheet skills and strong attention to detail. • Clear written and spoken English. • A methodical approach to reconciliation work. • Reliable laptop or desktop computer. • Stable, high-speed fibre connection. • Backup power for load shedding. • Quiet, professional home office.
