📋 Description
• Raise and send customer invoices accurately and on time • Track incoming payments and allocate them to accounts • Follow up on overdue invoices politely and professionally • Reconcile customer accounts and flag discrepancies • Keep clear records and support month-end reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with accounts receivable or bookkeeping tasks • Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks • Comfort working with spreadsheets and numbers • Clear written and spoken English • A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
