📋 Description

• Manage incoming payments • Issue invoices • Follow up on outstanding accounts to keep cash flow healthy • Generate and send invoices • Allocate received payments • Reconcile customer accounts • Chase overdue balances • Prepare aging reports

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles • Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or Pastel • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail • Good communication skills for following up on payments • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup • Must be based in South Africa.
