📋 Description
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders at all levels • Create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications • Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus • Support UAT planning and execution for system or process changes
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in a technology or financial services environment • Proficiency in process mapping tools and requirements documentation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
