📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls about orders, accounts and service queries • Make scheduled outbound follow-up calls • Log every call accurately in the CRM • Resolve issues on the first call where possible and escalate the rest • Meet call quality and response-time targets • Work as part of the client's existing team with a named UK manager • Attend regular check-ins over video call and work toward defined goals

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in a call centre or phone-based customer service role • Experience logging calls in a CRM or ticketing system such as Salesforce or Zendesk • Clear spoken and written English suited to UK customers • Reliable home internet, a headset and a quiet workspace • Availability for UK hours, Monday to Friday
