📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day client queries by email and phone through to resolution • Keep client records, contracts and account details accurate • Coordinate onboarding for new clients and gather required information • Prepare service reports and renewal paperwork • Chase internal teams to ensure client commitments are delivered on time • Escalate risks early • Manage a defined client portfolio • Progress toward account management

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years in client services, account administration or customer support • Experience with a CRM or service desk tool such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zendesk • Confident, professional written English with clients • Comfortable managing several accounts without dropping detail • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Exposure to B2B or professional services clients • Experience with renewals or contract administration • Familiarity with SLA reporting
