📋 Description

• Create and publish high-value content that attracts, engages and nurtures prospective clients. • Ensure consistent publication of content across the company's selected communication channels. • Strengthen brand awareness and reinforce the market positioning of the organisation and its leadership. • Develop compelling content that builds trust and enhances audience engagement. • Collaborate with the Branding Team and Direct Response Marketing Team to develop and execute the editorial content strategy. • Manage and maintain the editorial calendar across social media, websites, email campaigns and other digital platforms. • Ensure all published content aligns with internal brand guidelines, messaging and quality standards. • Coordinate content production to meet campaign deadlines and business objectives. • Provide comprehensive content coverage for live events through the creation and timely publication of engaging content. • Capture and share content that maximises event visibility, audience engagement and post-event momentum. • Support marketing campaigns with creative content across multiple digital channels. • Research industry trends and content marketing best practices. • Identify opportunities to improve content performance, audience engagement and brand visibility. • Recommend new content formats, channels and creative approaches that support business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Italian (written and spoken) – essential. • Good command of English. • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Copywriting or a similar role. • Proven experience creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms. • Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills. • Experience managing editorial calendars and content schedules. • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
