📋 Description

• Contact at-risk and cancelling customers to understand and resolve issues • Negotiate retention offers within agreed commercial limits • Run win-back campaigns on lapsed accounts • Log cancellation reasons and report churn drivers • Work with support and account teams to fix recurring causes • Spot accounts at risk before they cancel • Understand what went wrong and put together offers or fixes that retain customers • Own retention rate

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in retention, account management, customer success or sales • Confident negotiating and handling objections • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Ability to read account data and spot risk signals • Strong spoken and written English • Experience in subscription or SaaS retention (nice to have) • Familiarity with churn reporting and cohort analysis (nice to have) • Experience with UK consumer or B2B accounts (nice to have)
