📋 Description
• Answer customer queries by email, chat and phone • Log and track cases in the helpdesk system • Resolve issues or escalate with clear notes • Process orders, returns and account changes • Share feedback that helps improve the service • Own customer queries from first contact to resolution • Help customers by email, chat and phone and solve problems the first time
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in customer service or support • Clear, friendly written and spoken English • Experience with a helpdesk tool such as Zendesk or Freshdesk • Calm approach when handling complaints • Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) • Experience with live chat tools (nice to have) • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (nice to have) • Previous work with UK customers (nice to have)
