📋 Description

• Resolve customer queries across email, chat and phone • Investigate and escalate complex or technical issues • Document solutions in the help desk and knowledge base • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements • Meet response-time and satisfaction targets • Own and resolve UK customer issues end to end • Work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Use modern, cloud-based tools while working from home • Collaborate with a friendly UK team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer support or a service desk role • Experience with a help desk tool such as Zendesk or Freshdesk • Excellent written English • Calm, empathetic manner • Strong problem-solving and ticket prioritisation skills • Reliable computer, headset and stable fibre connection • Experience supporting UK or international customers (nice to have) • Familiarity with SaaS or e-commerce products (nice to have) • Experience writing help centre articles (nice to have)
