📋 Description

• We are seeking an accurate and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. • You will input, update, and maintain data across our systems and databases, ensuring information is complete and error-free. • You will verify records, correct discrepancies, and support various departments with timely data processing. • On a typical day you will capture data from source documents, perform quality checks, organise digital files, and generate simple reports. • We offer a supportive remote environment, clear processes, and the flexibility of working from home anywhere in South Africa.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred. • Fast and accurate typing skills. • Proficiency with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. • Good written communication skills. • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup. • Must be based in South Africa.
