📋 Description

• Enter customer, invoice, and order data into internal systems and spreadsheets • Cross-check entries against source documents and correct discrepancies • Clean and de-duplicate existing records • Convert documents between formats and file them correctly • Flag missing or unclear information to the relevant team • Work in daily batches with clear completion deadlines • Attend a short morning check-in and use a named point of contact for questions • Prioritize accuracy over raw speed • No phone work involved

🎯 Requirements

• One or more years in data entry, admin, or a similar detail-heavy role • Fast, accurate typing — around 45 words per minute or better • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting and basic formulas • Familiarity with a CRM or ERP system is useful but not essential • A reliable computer and stable fibre or LTE internet • Availability 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST) • Up-to-date CV
