📋 Description

• Plan and build campaign calendars aligned to commercial priorities • Write and edit email copy that gets opened, read and clicked • Build automated welcome, nurture, abandonment and re-engagement flows • Segment lists so every send reaches the right audience • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content and timing • Monitor deliverability, list hygiene and GDPR compliance • Report weekly on opens, clicks, conversions and revenue per send • Draft and build emails in the email platform • QA every link and render, and schedule sends for optimal performance • Tune automated flows, prune the list, and analyze results to determine future tests • Maintain dashboards showing channel growth

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' hands-on email marketing experience • Excellent written English with strong copy instincts • Stable fibre internet, backup power for load shedding, and a quiet home office • Skilled with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 • Comfortable with segmentation, automation logic and A/B testing • Data-led and deadline-reliable with meticulous QA habits
