📋 Description
• Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts • Build and maintain financial models for planning and reporting • Prepare monthly management reports with commentary for senior leadership • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles • Identify trends and variances and present findings clearly
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in a financial analysis or FP&A role • Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling • Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or similar • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail • Reliable fibre internet and a professional home workspace
