📋 Description
• Respond to first-line IT support requests by phone, email and chat • Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software and account issues • Log and track tickets through to resolution • Escalate complex problems to the right team with clear notes • Guide users through fixes in plain, friendly language
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in IT support or a helpdesk role • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365 and common ticketing tools • Clear spoken and written English • A reliable laptop and stable internet connection • Patience and good problem-solving skills
