📋 Description

• Coordinate shipments end to end • Book and schedule shipments with carriers and freight partners • Track consignments and proactively flag delays • Resolve delivery exceptions, damages and shortages • Maintain shipping documentation and delivery records • Report on carrier performance and delivery costs • Keep a UK supply chain moving

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in logistics, freight, shipping or supply chain coordination • Experience with a WMS, TMS or ERP system • Confident with spreadsheets for tracking and reporting • Calm problem-solving when shipments go wrong • A quiet home workspace and stable fibre connection • Experience with UK or EU freight and customs documentation (nice to have) • Familiarity with SAP, NetSuite or similar ERP (nice to have) • Experience coordinating multi-carrier networks (nice to have)
