• Coordinate shipments and track deliveries from dispatch to arrival • Liaise with suppliers, couriers and warehouse contacts • Keep logistics records and tracking systems up to date • Resolve delays or issues and keep the team informed • Prepare simple reports on delivery performance • Support order processing and stock updates as needed
