📋 Description
• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow • Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process • Analyse variances between actuals and budget with clear written commentary • Maintain and develop financial controls and reporting processes • Partner with department heads to support cost management and planning
🎯 Requirements
• CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (or studying towards) • 4+ years of management accounting experience • Advanced Excel and experience with accounting systems such as Xero or Sage • Strong business partnering and communication skills • Reliable fibre internet and a professional home workspace
