📋 Description

• Perform full-cycle accounting activities across multiple entities. • Manage accounts payable (AP) posting and cash postings. • Prepare and post payroll journal entries. • Record and maintain accruals. • Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. • Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness. • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. • Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows through automation and AI-driven solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. • 3–5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on full-cycle accounting responsibilities. • Strong experience with: • - Accounts Payable (AP) • - Cash postings • - Payroll journal entries • - Accruals • - Account reconciliations • - Financial statement review • - • - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • - Sage Intacct experience is a strict requirement. • - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. • - Interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and accounting processes. • - Preferred Qualities • - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. • - Process-improvement mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • - This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys managing end-to-end accounting processes and contributing to operational improvements through technology and automation.
