• Previous experience in Operations, Customer Service, eCommerce Support, or an Operations Coordinator role. • Excellent written English communication skills. • Strong customer service mindset. • Experience working with Shopify (or similar eCommerce platforms). • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software. • Able to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office. • Experience working with inventory or stock management. • Previous experience supporting an eCommerce business. • Experience working with remote international teams. • Process improvement mindset. • Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools.
