📋 Description

• Process monthly and weekly payroll runs accurately and on schedule • Maintain employee records, starters, leavers and changes to pay • Calculate overtime, statutory payments, deductions and expenses • Answer payroll queries from employees clearly and discreetly • Reconcile payroll reports and support year-end processes • Keep records in line with data protection requirements • Work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with payroll processing in a business or bureau environment • Familiarity with payroll software such as Sage, Xero, BrightPay or similar • Confident spreadsheet skills and strong numerical accuracy • Discretion with confidential information • A quiet home workspace, reliable computer and stable fibre internet • A backup power solution for load shedding • UK payroll experience is a bonus, not a requirement
