📋 Description
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for multiple entities • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with HMRC requirements • Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies • Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for finance team review • Liaise with HR to update payroll for new starters, leavers and changes
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of payroll administration experience • Familiarity with payroll software (Sage, Xero or similar) • Understanding of PAYE, National Insurance and statutory payments • High level of accuracy and discretion when handling sensitive data • Strong Excel skills for payroll reporting and reconciliations • South African professionals eligible to work UK business hours
