📋 Description
• Maintain project plans, schedules and action logs • Chase task owners and keep delivery dates current • Prepare status reports and circulate meeting minutes • Track budgets, risks and issues in the project register • Coordinate meetings and manage project documentation • Keep UK projects on schedule, on budget and honestly reported
🎯 Requirements
• Experience coordinating or administering projects • Experience with a project tool such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira or MS Project • Confident with spreadsheets and status reporting • Strong written English and follow-up discipline • Comfortable chasing senior stakeholders for updates • Experience in an agile or software delivery environment (nice to have) • PRINCE2, Agile or CAPM certification (nice to have) • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects (nice to have)
