📋 Description

• Design and execute test plans across new features, releases and processes • Identify, reproduce and document defects with clear, actionable detail • Verify fixes and run regression checks before releases go live • Maintain test cases, checklists and QA documentation • Track quality metrics and report trends to the team • Collaborate with developers and operations to prevent repeat issues • Champion the customer's experience in every review • Work through structured test plans and conduct exploratory testing • Write actionable defect reports, retest fixes, and maintain the QA log • Analyze defect patterns and recommend process changes to prevent recurrence

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in quality assurance, testing or a detail-critical operations role • Excellent written English for clear, reproducible defect reports • Stable fibre internet • Backup power for load shedding • Quiet home office • Comfortable with test management or ticketing systems, such as Jira or similar • Comfortable with spreadsheets • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 • Methodical, patient and thorough • Dependable self-manager working remotely to UK business hours
