📋 Description
• Source and headhunt senior candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks and targeted market research • Conduct detailed market mapping across specialist Technology and Finance sectors • Engage passive candidates at Director and VP level with credibility and professionalism • Conduct in-depth qualification calls covering experience, motivations, compensation and career goals • Assess candidate suitability and present strong, well-qualified profiles to the Recruitment Consultant • Build long-term candidate relationships rather than focusing only on immediate vacancies • Gather market intelligence, leadership movement information and potential commercial leads • Maintain accurate candidate records, notes and follow-up actions within the ATS and CRM • Support search assignments, candidate reports and interview coordination
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years’ experience in executive search, permanent recruitment, recruitment research or senior-level resourcing • Experience engaging Director, VP or executive-level candidates • International recruitment experience across the UK, Europe or United States • Strong headhunting, market mapping and passive candidate engagement skills • Excellent candidate qualification and consultative interviewing ability • Polished verbal and written English communication • Strong relationship-building and commercial awareness • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and CRM platforms • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently • Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time • Must work remotely from South Africa
