📋 Description

• Partner with the client's Marketing and Sales teams on a day-to-day basis to understand priorities and pain points • Build and maintain a roadmap for process and system improvements across the revenue function • Deliver HubSpot changes in line with the agreed roadmap, including workflows, pipelines, properties and automation • Design and build native HubSpot features to support marketing campaigns, sales sequences and reporting • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose practical, scalable solutions • Maintain clear documentation of HubSpot configurations and process changes • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between the CRM setup and commercial objectives • Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and provide timely resolutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience partnering with Sales or Marketing teams in a B2B environment • Strong HubSpot development skills, including workflows, custom properties, sequences and reporting • Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, CRM Specialist or similar role • Solid understanding of Marketing and Sales methodologies and processes • Ability to translate business requirements into technical HubSpot solutions • Confident working independently and managing your own workload • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection
