📋 Description

• Build and publish daily and weekly schedules for field or service teams • Match jobs to the right skills, location and availability • Rework the plan quickly when cancellations or emergencies occur • Confirm appointments with customers and send reminders • Track utilisation and flag capacity gaps early • Keep the scheduling system accurate in real time • Work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) from home

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years in scheduling, dispatch, resourcing or booking coordination • Experience with a scheduling or field service tool such as ServiceTitan, Skedulo or BigChange • Comfortable juggling competing priorities under time pressure • Clear phone and written communication with customers and engineers • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Exposure to route or territory optimisation (nice to have) • Experience in healthcare, trades or logistics scheduling (nice to have) • Familiarity with SLA-driven service environments (nice to have)
