📋 Description

• Create premium-quality marketing assets that are visually compelling and commercially effective. • Maintain and strengthen the company’s visual identity across all customer touchpoints. • Ensure consistency with established brand guidelines while contributing to the ongoing development of the brand. • Protect and enhance the premium positioning of the business. • Design creative assets for landing pages, sales pages, live events, webinar campaigns, social media content, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing campaigns, presentation decks, brochures, lead magnets, course materials, digital products, and print collateral. • Support the launch of new products and initiatives by creating hero graphics, product mock-ups, framework visuals, custom icons, logos and visual identities, campaign creative, launch assets, and sales-focused visual materials. • Interpret creative briefs quickly and confidently. • Deliver high-quality work with minimal revisions. • Contribute ideas and creative solutions beyond the initial brief. • Translate complex concepts into visually engaging and commercially effective designs. • Work closely with the Head of Brand to ensure consistency across typography, colour palettes, layout systems, visual hierarchy, iconography, and overall brand architecture. • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment. • Deliver high-quality creative work within tight deadlines. • Respond promptly to feedback and changing business priorities. • Consistently maintain quality while working at speed.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in brand, graphic, or marketing design. • Strong portfolio demonstrating commercially focused design work. • Proven experience creating marketing assets that support lead generation, event registrations, enquiries, and sales. • Strong understanding of: • Brand design • Marketing design • Typography • Layout and composition • Visual hierarchy • Colour theory • Advertising creative • Product branding • Sales psychology • Premium brand positioning • Advanced proficiency in: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe InDesign • Figma • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. • Reliable laptop or desktop computer. • Stable, high-speed internet connection. • Experience designing for: • Direct-response marketing businesses • Coaching or education companies • SaaS businesses • Digital marketing agencies • Premium consumer brands • Entrepreneurial growth companies • Experience using Canva. • Understanding of conversion-focused marketing principles.
