📋 Description
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UK GAAP or IFRS • Lead the year-end close and coordinate with external auditors • Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly • Support the CFO with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
🎯 Requirements
• ACCA, CIMA, or CA(SA) qualification • 5+ years of financial accounting experience, ideally in a UK-facing role • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP or IFRS reporting standards • Advanced Excel and experience with accounting systems such as Xero, NetSuite, or Sage • Reliable fibre internet and a professional home workspace
